Dear Bennett’s Ice Cream, (farmers Market @ The Grove)

Unfortunately you pissed off the wrong people! My parents (Mom 67 & Dad 78) who frequent this pace bought a large soda and asked for “LIGHT” ice!!!!!! The guy gave the soda to my mother and when they got to their table my dad noticed that the cup was FULL of ice!

My dad took the FULL cup back over and told the guy that they wanted lite ice. The guy took the ice out and gave the half empty cup back to my day. My dad then said can you please full it up now and the guy told him that they DON’T do refills. REALLY?! It’s wasn’t a refill you idiot! He just wanted what he ordered! He then asked for the manager. My dad told Ronald ‘the manager” the same story and he too told my dad that they DON’T do refills! Again! REALLY?! Are you people DENSE?!!!!! My dad wasn’t asking for a refill, he was asking for what he ordered, A LARGE SODA LITE ICE!

Since my dad didn’t want to deal with STUPID people he just asked for their corporate phone #. Ronald gave him a business card and proceeded to write on the back of the card “customer wanted refill on soda & rule is no refills”. OMG!!!! Thanks god you people aren’t working as brain surgeons!!! You’d have a very high mortality rate!!!!

My dad called B. Scott Bennett “The Owner” to let him know how he was treated by his employees and his response was “What do you want?” in a rude condescending tone! “What, do you want your $3.00 back?” My dad told him to keep his $3.00 and hung up the phone.

This is how you treat your customers Mr. Bennett?! Shame on you!!! You all need a lesson in customer service!!!
