WHAT High-end restaurateur Bruce Marder runs this miniature and adorable restored diner, where a funky-chic bougainvillea-shaded patio is furnished with marble tables and bistro chairs. It’s a lovely place to linger over a burrata caprese omelet or organic rotisserie chicken. You may linger longer than you’d intended (service can be spotty) and pay more than you’d like, but nothing out of line for an outdoor café with really good food a block from the beach.
