WHAT In the late afternoon, this rambling, somewhat cluttered wine shop turns into a lively wine bar, and it almost feels like a party in a friend’s house. Owners Fred and Tracy play their favorite CDs and pour wine by the glass or the flight, or you can buy a bottle, pay a modest corkage, and drink it here. Accompaniments include a generous cheese plate, charcuterie and a few other snacks.
