WHAT Schreiner’s house-made sausages and cured meats are shipped all over the country, and with good reason. In addition to the wondrous sausages that fill the enormous deli cases, the smokehouse also makes marvelous Canadian bacon and Black Forest ham infused with sweet hickory. All sorts of European groceries, too, including Hungarian noodles and German beer and wines.;;;
