Jennie Cooks Catering inaugural semester of cooking classes is coming up and she has three opportunities for you to increase your skill set and widen your sphere of do-it-yourselfers. This is not a drop-in, casual, “canning collective” kind of class. You’ll need to bring your note pad AND your apron. And be prepared to study for the final exam! (Just kidding.)
Jennie will start each class by interviewing the ace guest teacher. The guest expert will then guide a hands-on tutorial, followed by everybody making some lunch. The final class is in the evening, so there will be dinner first before the class begins. The price is $85 for a single class or $200 for all three. Price includes all ingredients, supplies, recipes, instructions, the take-home finished product you will make yourself, and a delicious meal! Oh and there will be booze, too!
