WHY Tasty, fairly priced salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts made from vibrantly fresh, organic ingredients, almost all of which come from local producers. Add a great kids’ menu and the ability to BYOB, and Eagle Rock’s got a hit.
WHAT Four is a venture of considerable passion by chef Michelle Wilton and her artist husband, Corey Wilton. Michelle’s experience at Patina and Sona gave her a grounding in classic cooking and sophisticated presentation, which she’s incorporated into a seasonal menu focused on stylishly casual dishes for less than $12. Try any of the robustly flavorful soups (perhaps spicy red lentil), the breakfast egg dishes, the baby spinach salad with crispy pancetta and figs, and the oven-roasted tomato panini.
